I support individuals experiencing symptoms commonly linked to chronic inflammation—like fatigue, brain fog, bloating, joint discomfort, and low motivation—by helping them build realistic nutrition and lifestyle habits that promote balance, clarity, and vitality.
Before I became a nutritionist, I struggled with symptoms that didn’t seem to have clear answers. I often felt tired, foggy, and out of sync with my body, and I didn’t understand why. Like many people, I was doing my best but still didn’t feel like myself.
During a period of uncertainty in my life, I came across holistic nutrition—and something clicked. I was drawn to the whole-person approach, one that looks beyond symptoms and takes the full picture into account: food, stress, movement, sleep, emotions, and more. I enrolled in the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition (CSNN) and began a journey that changed how I care for myself—and how I support others.
Through both personal experience and education, I’ve learned how powerful simple, consistent choices can be when it comes to supporting our well-being. Today, I guide others who feel overwhelmed, uncomfortable in their bodies, or unsure where to begin. My approach is compassionate, client-led, and designed to meet you where you're at.
